TGIF
Some Friday, or most Fridays really, I am just so happy when the day starts drawing to a close. But this week I am extra happy, because:
- I don't have to come to work on Monday (Study leave...still better than working)
- My laptop's hard drive burnt out last night, and I was up for an extra hour trying to get it to work - in vain
- I got up at 5:30am to drop Mel and Al off to the airport, so I can pick up my new/old housemate Lucy on Sunday in their car
- My back hurts (not bad or anything, I was just over enthusiastic at BodyStep last night - for those of you who don't know what this Step business is: think of 20-50 woman lycra clad in a room jumping around on a step platform thingy like maniacs and you are getting close. May look like some sort of cult activity to an outsider).
- I'm tired of watching the Labor party self-destruct. I hope that a strong leadership will emerge before the new year, and get its act together to smash Howard in the next election. Bloody Liberals...I am so sick of them. As if they weren't all kneck-deep in AWB corruption. Then there is the rest.
- I've been home alone all week, which is just draining.
